Intuitive movement
Intuitive movement invites you to explore the body freely.
Through guided sequences that alternate gentle movement with spontaneous motions, the practice encourages each person to follow their breath and sensations.
There is no right way to move.
Only the pleasure of exploration.
Accessible to all, this practice nurtures fluidity, mobility, and a more natural connection to the body.
Yoga
Yoga classes at AWŪ blend breath, movement, and presence.
Each session offers flowing sequences, held postures, and moments of stillness to cultivate flexibility, strength, and balance.
Everyone is invited to adapt the practice to their own pace and energy in the moment.
Designed to meet each person where they are, from beginner to experienced.
Mat Pilates
Pilates builds deep core strength while improving alignment and posture.
Exercises are performed on the mat with precision and fluidity, with close attention to breath and quality of movement.

Mindful breathing
Mindful breathing explores the power of the breath.
Through guided breathing techniques, the practice helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and return to a state of mindfulness.
Accessible to all, no prior experience required.
Sound healing
Sound healing is an immersive experience where sound vibrations invite the body and mind to relax.
Sessions may include singing bowls, intuitive instruments, or enveloping soundscapes.
Resting comfortably, the body softens as the mind is gently carried by sound.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The movement studio is a space offering group classes open to all, including yoga, Pilates, stretching and mobility, guided meditation, and more.
Classes of approximately 45 minutes are offered daily, from mid-morning through the evening, following a schedule thoughtfully created for each sanctuary.
All classes are included with sanctuary access.
The movement studio is exclusively available to sanctuary visitors.
Reservations are not required. You may choose to join a class on site, based on how you feel in the moment. If you wish to guarantee your spot, a booking link is included in your sanctuary access confirmation email.
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement. Mats and accessories are provided.
